PADI Specialty Diver
PADI Underwater Photography Specialty
Underwater photography is a great way to capture and remember all the underwater adventures you’ve had. It's easy to see why the Underwater Photography Specialty is one of the most popular PADI specialties, and the rise of digital underwater photography has made it easier and more fun than ever.
You'll learn how to choose the right underwater camera system for you, the PADI SEA method for getting great shots quickly and the primary principles for good underwater photos. You can avoid the frustration of learning underwater photography through trial and error with tips and hints from the pros.
To enroll, you must have a PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization).
PADI Enriched Air (NITROX) Specialty
The PADI Enriched Air Diver course tops Photography as PADI’s most popular specialty course. Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox can give you more no decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives. The decreased nitrogen levels makes diving safer and more fun!
To enroll in the PADI Enriched Air Diver course, you must be 15 years or older and have a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization). Our course price includes the Enriched Air Diver crewpak, which includes all required materials to complete PADI’s Enriched Air Diver specialty.
PADI Deep Diver Specialty
After your first few dives, you'll probably wonder what it's like to go a little deeper! There’s something exciting and mysterious about what lurks in the depths below. With the PADI Deep Diver Specialty you'll learn the techniques for diving in the deeper range of 18-40 metres, scuba diving equipment considerations and gain experience in planning, organising and making at least four deep dives under the supervision of your experienced PADI Instructor.
To enroll in the PADI Deep Diver Specialty course, you must be 15 years or older and have a PADI Adventure Diver certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization). Your Deep Adventure Dive in the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver/Adventure Diver course credits (at your instructor’s discretion) as the first dive in the PADI Deep Diver course.
