Depths

Dive depth to suit qualification, experience and dive site. Max depth 30m for suitably experienced divers.

Dive Duration

We do not allow unlimited dive times. All our dive times are safely calculated to fit into multilevel profiles with usually 1 hour surface interval between dives. Just remember there's no re-compression facilities on the island!! An example would be an 18m dive for 50 minutes.

Do guided dives mean that we all surface when the first person is low on air?

Definately not, if a couple of divers are low on air the dive master takes them back to the line keeping an eye on them whilst they do their safety stop. Then the guide continues the dive with the rest of the group. Yes, the visibility is that good that the guide can see you all at once!

Equipment

We offer a full range of rental equipment free of charge for all dives. Most of this gear is brand new (sparkling BCDs!) or regularly serviced and inspections are welcome. Dive computers are offered as standard for dives and packages at no extra charge. All tanks used are hydro-statically tested and in date and our air is analysed as IANTD O2 clean.

Dive Safety

All our dive trips are run by two staff members (unless you specifically request to dive without a guide). One leads the dive and the other rescue trained staff member mans the boat whilst the divers are underwater.

We have oxygen and first aid on board, plus a large supply of oxygen at the shop.

What qualification will the staff be on the trip

There will always be a qualified Divemaster/AI or Instructor on every trip.

Nervous diver or not dived for a while?

Please book a pool refresher. For just a small cost, we can spend some time helping you to get comfortable in the water again, before diving off the boat. You will get more enjoyment out of your dives that way, trust us!

What to bring

We provide water/hot drinks and a biscuit (or two!) between dives. All you need is a swimsuit, towel and your certification card!

Nitrox

Nitrox is available and recommended for suitably qualified divers. This is filled on-site by our own certified IANTD blending technician.
